Our knives can be readily re-furbished and depending on the problem can often be repaired. Whether fixed blade or folder, we can service your knife so that it looks and performs like new. 

Sending your knife to H&P for warranty work or Sharpening: Please contact us for an RMA number first.

Folding knives: "tune-up" includes clean, tune and sharpening at no charge other than shipping.

Fixed blades: Sharpening at no cost other than shipping. A "tune-up" includes sharpening and polishing. 

WARRANTY:
 We will make every effort to ensure that each knife leaving our workshop is correct in every aspect. Our knives are designed to be used as cutting tools only. Any other use or mistreatment may void the warranty. It is our goal that each of our customers is completely satisfied with the performance and durability of our knives. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us.

WARRANTY STATEMENT:

Higgins & Peak Fine Knives, Inc. offers a lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship or damage caused by normal usage. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

ONLINE PURCHASE 30 DAY RETURN POLICY:

Every Higgins & Peak Knife is hand-made and ground in our Studio in Colorado. We make a small quantity of high-quality knives each year utilizing over 25 years of knife-making experience. Because of this, we are fully confident that you will treasure your new knife. We do understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we have a full-refund policy.
 

You may return your knife in original/mint condition, with any included accessory/sheath, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
